Winter wedding at Villa Love
A winter wedding? Why not! If you’ve ever wondered whether a wedding at Villa Love makes sense outside of summer, this is your sign that it definitely does. Villa Love near Krakow is often associated with Tuscan-style weddings and outdoor celebrations, but in winter it transforms into something completely different and equally magical. Christmas trees, soft lighting everywhere, elegant bows, and that cozy atmosphere you just can’t recreate in any other season.
Kasia and Paweł’s wedding took place in December and proved that a wedding at Villa Love can be just as breathtaking in the colder months. Their color palette, consisting of deep burgundy combined with delicate pink wedding stationery, gave a festive and romantic feel. Despite the winter temperatures outside, inside it was nothing but warmth and love.
An added benefit of planning a wedding at Villa Love is the ability to do everything in one place (preparations, ceremony, and reception) and I truly cannot recommend it enough. Villa Love offers a beautiful suite and a mezzanine, which works as an additional space for makeup and hair styling. From the perspective of a Krakow wedding photographer, this solution is ideal. No unnecessary travel, no time pressure, no stress for both the bride and groom and their guests. Everything flows naturally, and you can fully focus on your day.

Emotional first look
The first look is always one of my favorite moments to photograph and this day was no exception. We didn’t need to go far. Villa Love itself offered the perfect setting. That’s another reason why I love working as a Villa Love wedding photographer, everything you need is already there. Just the two of you, a quiet moment, and that first reaction when you see each other fully dressed, it’s something truly special. Emotional, real, and completely yours.
After the first look, we took advantage of the natural light for a couple photo session. Winter days are shorter, so timing matters. There’s also a practical side to this approach. Guests haven’t arrived yet, so no one is waiting for you. Since everything happens inside Villa Love, you don’t have to worry about the cold or your dress getting dirty. It’s a simple solution that works really well, especially for a winter wedding at Villa Love.
“Paulina is the most wonderful person in the world! Thanks to her, we have beautiful photos and memories that will last a lifetime. She perfectly captured the most important moments of our wedding day. As a bride, I also had her support during preparations. The guests were delighted with the photos. I wholeheartedly recommend her.”
Indoor ceremony at Villa Love
A wedding ceremony at Villa Love is possible both outdoors and indoors, so you don't have to worry about getting cold in winter or rain interrupting your celebration. That’s exactly what makes it such a reliable choice, no matter the season.
Kasia and Paweł chose a civil ceremony on the mezzanine. It was filled with warmth, smiles, and genuine emotion. Even though it was a winter wedding, the indoor setting with a huge red bows created a cozy and intimate space where everyone could be fully present and comfortable.
Party until dawn at Villa Love
The reception was exactly how it should be, full of energy, great music, and moments that stay with you. There was a champagne tower, a stunning first dance, and a dance floor that stayed busy until the very end.
Since it was a December wedding, Kasia and Paweł added a thoughtful seasonal touch. Each guest received a gingerbread cake as the holidays approached. There were even two versions of the gingerbread, one in the shape of a bride and the other of a groom. A small detail that made the experience feel even more personal… and speaking of sweets, let's not forget about the wedding cake! Clean, minimalist with a huge white bow, perfectly aligned with the overall style of the day.
If you’re planning your own Villa Love wedding and looking for a wedding photographer who perfectly captures the atmosphere of the day and the moments in between, you know where to find me. I work with a limited number of couples per year to be able to fully focus on each one.
